Best Value Creator Award

The Paper Products Ltd. (PPL) has been adjudged the 'Best Value Creator - Small Size Companies 2003-04' - instituted by Outlook Money.

The Award:
Outlook Money , the Finance magazine from the Outlook group announced the Second Annual Outlook Money Awards. The Awards were instituted with the aim to honour organizations that have created wealth for individuals while protecting their interests.
The awards instituted include the 'Best Value Creator Award'. This award is given to a Company listed on one of the premier exchanges (BSE or NSE) with a healthy track record of generating returns on equity investments (ROE) and growing sales and profits consistently and which are following investor friendly and good governance practices.

The Panel:
Outlook Money and Global audit firm 'Ernst & Young' developed a quantitive methodology for choosing the potential awardees. The final winner is selected by an eminent panel of 6 judges, which include Mr. A K Purwar, Chairman, State Bank of India and Mr. R Ravimohan, Managing Director & CEO, CRISIL.
