Job Description
  • Compensation and Benefits, including Compensation survey through Professional Consultants. Working on Incentive schemes at Operational levels will be a distinct advantage.
  • Performance Management system.
  • Web based Career and Succession Planning.
  • Training – Should preferably be a hands-on trainer in Behavioral areas. Should be able to identify appropriate Training Needs and other Organizational interventions either from Performance Appraisal Forms or through discussions with Sr. Management in the organization. Experience in handling six sigma projects will be a definite asset.
  • 360* feedback/Multi rater system.
  • ISO 9000 co-coordinator for HR areas.
  • Co-ordinator / Editor for In-House Magazines.
Qualification
Post graduate in Human Resources from an Institute of repute.
Position requirement
Good communication skills, Pleasant personality, leadership qualities.
Experience 2 to 8 Years of Corporate HR exposure.
Age Max 30 yrs
CTC for this position
3 – 5 lacs PA (Those with quality experience in professional organizations and from reputed Institutes can be considered for higher compensation).
